All requests for supported accommodation are made by contacting our Referral, Intake, Information & Assessment team (RIIA) via email: hcsintake@halesupport.org.au or call them on 02 9625 5076.

The RIIA team maintains one Register of Requests for Supported Accommodation including any information or form that you may need.

This register includes information about the person and his or her support needs, the preferred accommodation location(s), and details of available vacancies.

Finding a suitable place for you is never an easy task especially when the supports are unknown or where to go from here. Whether you are looking for short or long term accommodation or private rental, our Technical team will help you and your family / support coordinator to find a suitable place, in fact, a stable one where you can call “your own home”.
