BUILDING COMMUNITIES
At Hale Community Support (HCS), we build strong, inclusive communities where people with disability, their families, and carers can connect, participate, and thrive. Our wide range of programmes including holiday programs, cultural festivities, youth initiatives, and tailored social and recreational activities. They are designed so every participant feels included and empowered, with activities based on individual goals, strengths, and choice.
We also provide community support to families new to Australia, helping them settle and access services, while fostering connections and belonging. As part of our commitment to giving back, Hale actively contributes to local churches, Australian charities, and community projects, supporting causes that strengthen families and communities.
Supported by a skilled, culturally aware workforce and as a licensed PALM Scheme provider, we deliver safe, person-centred care for participants with diverse needs, including mental health and complex behaviours. Guided by respect, inclusion, and human rights, Hale empowers every individual to live with dignity, independence, and confidence, while fostering vibrant, connected communities.
