Our charity connection with the Pacific has been strengthened where opportunities  for our participants to travel and experience the life of a tourist, meet people, be part of their day programme activities, celebrating annual events and learn about the culture of other South Pacific Countries.

Over the years, our participants have been able to participate in a holiday programme to travel to New Zealand  and Samoa as they would like to experience first hand the countries where the majority of our workers are originally from.  This programme is a joint initiative by Hale Community Support and Wellbeing Community Solutions (www.wcsgroup.org).

This holiday programme will continue every year as not only supporting the participants’ choice and control but supporting our charity work with other community organisations overseas.  Parents and families of our participants are always encouraged to travel with our participants and welcome to be part of the organising committee for this holiday programme.  At Hale, if our participants are happy, then life at the organisation is much more happier.
